Room Available in Blackburn for Friendly Housemate :) in BLACKBURN, Victoria for sale

Hi everyone!
We currently have a room available in our Blackburn sharehouse. The house is older style but really cozy and clean. Very spacious with lounge, seperate kitchen, and four bedrooms, outdoor patio and huge backyard, lots of space if you have your own furniture, or there a big shed for storage out the back. Lots of off street parking is available too. (Pictures availble in few days).
We are a very easy going couple in our 20's who work/study during the week and like to unwind on the weekends.
The room itself is medium sized and is furnished with a double bed, though it can come unfurnished is required.
All bills (water, electricity, gas and unlimited WiFi) are included
The house IS pet friendly, but we don't have a pet so if you want to bring your dog or lizard or whatever then that's more than okay!
Looking for a person or couple who are laid back and easy to get along with and looking for long term accomodation (6 months+), and can pay the rent on time. Smokers are welcome, as we are smokers too.
Rent is $150 per week for a single person,
and couples are also welcome at $180 per week.
Bond is two weeks rent.
