We are looking to fill the spare room in our big, old sharehouse in Blackburn Sth.
The room is carpeted with a double bed, wardrobe, double windows and AIR CONDITIONING! (photos coming soon...). The house is NOT modern but very comfy, spacious, homely and clean. Everything you need to move in is here (all kitchen stuff, washing machine/dryer, pool table, fire pit...), it has a huge backyard so you can bring your dog too. Close to Deakin Uni and Box Hill TAFE. You will be sharing with 2 couples, one of whom live in a bunglow out the back.
We are looking for someone who is chilled out, doesnt mind smoking inside (cigs and 420 ;)) and is at least part-time working or studying already (or at least doing something productive with your time) and you must be a nice person too :)
We welcome people from all walks of life, as long as you are friendly, down to earth and know how to communicate :)
Rent is $180p/w and includes all bills (water, gas, power, unlimited WiFi, Optus Fetch TV and local calls). $500 bond per room, but can work something out if you are a broke student or something alike.
There is also a smaller room available (without air-con), for $160p/w, so if you are looking to move out with a friend this is perfect for you!
