Blackburn Nth house wanting a dog friendly person to share in BLACKBURN, Victoria for sale

Hi, my house share person has suddenly deserted me bc his new lawyer girlfriend wants him in his own house. I'm a primary teacher hoping to find a decent, pet friendly (i have 2 small dogs who reside indoors) person/couple to share small 3 bedroom house in quiet, court location. Would be perfect for student (Box Hill Tafe close by) or tradie/ person who needs storage (almost empty lock up garage and workshed ) or even someone with a small dog needing pet friendly accom. I have the possibility of 2 rooms- one small with warm carpet and built in robe and one larger with old carpet and no robe. The area is convienient and close to shops, bus runs nearby on junction rd and is close to eastern freeway entrance for those driving. The house has a decent garden, is fully furnished (except for the spare room on offer ) and has foxtel. I am looking for someone compatible and easy going (no super slobs or neat freaks!) who isn't difficult to live with and doesn't cause dramas.
